Included with every rental

  • The space: the historic 1900s warehouse at 1700 I Street, Suite 110, with exposed brick, natural light and the plants

  • Tables and chairs from the house inventory:

    • 80 natural bentwood chairs

    • 14 six-foot tables

    • 10 bistro tables (24”)

    • 3 wood tables: two 60”x28” and one 80”x32”

    • 1 bar (96”)

  • The Sonos sound system

  • Wi-Fi

  • Load-in access

  • Restroom access

  • Setup and teardown time inside the booked block. Hourly bookings get a 30-minute setup window.

  • Clients bring their own vendors. There’s no in-house catering or bar, so they can use whoever they want.

  • One-day insurace policy naming Propagate "additionally insured"
