From the moment your contract is signed to your very last dance, here is exactly what to expect, and when.
Your Date Is Confirmed
Once your contract is signed and your deposit is in, your date is officially yours. This is the moment everything else grows from.
- You'll receive: a confirmation of your booking and a copy of your signed agreement for your records.
- Good to know: Propagate provides the space, tables, and chairs. Your coordinator and vendors bring the rest of the day to life, so if you haven't booked a coordinator yet, now's the time.
Getting Started
You'll connect with Alexis, who will be your main point of contact for everything venue related as your wedding takes shape.
- You'll hear from us: a welcome note outlining what to expect from the venue and what we'll need from you along the way.
- We'll ask for: contact information for your coordinator and key vendors (caterer, DJ, rentals, florist, and so on).
- Heads up: we'll also share our certificate of insurance requirements and when they're due, so you can pass them along to your vendors early.
The Final Walkthrough
You and your coordinator will walk the space with us to finalize your layout and talk through the logistics of the day.
- Together we'll cover: table and chair placement, vendor load-in paths, and access details.
- Bring along: your coordinator, and any floorplan or layout preferences you've been dreaming up.
- Afterward: we'll send a short recap so everyone, you, your coordinator, and our team, is working from the same plan.
Finalizing the Details
The last few details come together so everyone can walk in on the day without any surprises.
- Due from you: your final guest count and final payment, both due 14 days out.
- We'll confirm: that certificates of insurance are on file for you and your vendors.
- Nice to have: a copy of your day-of timeline from your coordinator, so we can confirm access times on our end.
Your Wedding Day
This is what all the planning has been for. Our team will have the space ready before your access time and stay close throughout the day.
- Before you arrive: the space is cleaned, tables and chairs are set to your layout, and access, lighting, and climate are all checked.
- While you celebrate: our team supports your coordinator and vendors with venue logistics and keeps common areas fresh.
- As the night winds down: we'll walk the space with you or your coordinator to confirm décor and personal items are collected.
Once the Celebration Ends
We take it from here. Our team handles the full reset of the space, so you get to leave the way every couple should, still floating from the day.
- On our end: we complete the full clean and reset of the space and note anything that needs follow up.
- From us to you: congratulations, and thank you for growing your day with Propagate.
Propagate provides the venue, tables, and chairs for your wedding. Planning, vendor coordination, and your day-of timeline are handled by your coordinator, which is why we require one for all weddings.
